You have to register to participate in the colloquium: either
you will do an oral presentation of your paper or you will
just attend the colloquium. FOR ORGANISATIONAL REASONS REGISTRATION
IS COMPULSORY. Registration is essential and is open to anyone

A limited
number of active participants will be eligible for partial
grants to help defray the costs of their trips. Preference
will be given to those whose institutions (e.g. in developing
countries) which are unable to fund them completely. Those
interested should indicate this at the bottom of the application
forms and should also attach a letter giving a short note
of their intended activity at the Conference.

If a participant cannot attend but wishes
to have a colleague to take his or her place, this is acceptable.
Return of the Registration Form is regarded as a firm booking
and as acceptance of the conditions stated in this document.
If, for any reason, a delegate or his replacement is unable
to attend, late registration fee will be required.
